Which sport has the worse flopping and refs.?

Between Basketball and Soccer which players flop more and try to sell the penalty? So ultimately which sport has the bigger crybabies? I was watching the highlights on espn where this player runs into a Brazilian player and gets hit in the chest, but falls down and tries to sell it as if he was hit in the face. The ref comes out and gives a yellow card to the Brazilian player. Basketball refs make horrendous calls all the time that affect the outcome of the game. USA had a goal taken away from them because of a seemingly bad call, so which sport has the worse refs? If someone thinks another sport has players that are worse fakers and actors as basketball and soccer please let me know. Also, if someone thinks another sport has even worse refs fell free to chime in. I'm thinking baseball is close.
