Who's better: Andrew Luck VS Cam Newton?

Newton is the best college player easily atm.. andrew luck shouldn't be drafted higher he isn't nearly as good.. Cam newton isnt a good per?? ROFL you say that because he can run.. just because you can run doesn't mean you can't p.
