How to be like Mike Richards?

I'm a left-handed centerman. I'm average size for my age (17, 5'9'', 155lbs). Obviously my hero is Mike Richards. My main et is my athleticism (skating, agility and stamina). I equally shoot and p, maybe a little more of ping. My weaknesses are shooting accuracy and deking. I do backcheck and get physical. My faceoffs are average, usually 1 for 4 or whatever. I like to endow upon myself to bring the puck up the ice and choose between getting a shot on net or setting up behind the net for a play. Coaches give me credit for strong work ethic.
