Cartilage piercing infected?

what ever you do, DONT USE ALCOHOL or PEROXIDE!!! they will dry out the piercing and kill the white cells you need for it to heal. clean it twice a day with antibacterial liquid soap only. it has to be antibacterial!!! squeeze out any puss that comes out your ear. move around your erarring afterwards. it really should be okay if you clean it twice
