Why does the Republican party have more money in their accounts if Obama is winning in fundraising?

Because Washington is supporting their investment. They want to make sure John McCain wins, whatever the cost. Obama didn't take public funding so he could pay people to hack into Sarah Palins E-Mail, and not get caught. Democrat for McCain/Palin 2008.
