How do I fix my airsoft gun?

My gun is a Cybergun Kalashnikov AKM. My gun works in semi-auto but every time I try and use full auto, it only shoots 2 or 3 bbs before getting jammed. I know the problem isn't with the bbs because I only use high precision Airsoft Elite .20s.
