Anyone who knows about LAW..... He will not pay his portion of mortgage and bills... What can I do?

My 2 brothers and I inherited our mom's home in June 2008. :( We live in the house, and I and one of my brothers pay ALL the bills. Our oldest brother who is 37, refuses to pay. He got laid off, and collects unemployment. I'm in school, and work full time, my other brother works full time. I don't know what to do. It's been months that he's paid a dime, and when he did pay... it was always late. I called the courthouse, and they said it would be complicated because we all own 1/3. Basically, they can't help. I have no money to pay lawyers, but do I have any rights? ANY advice will be so strongly appreciated. I can barely pay for my own expenses, and I'm helping to support my lowlife brother. Thank you.
