Compromise: Why don't we just allow the NICE immigrants into the country instead of the degenerates?

Why don't we just allow the immigrants that are model Catholics into the country instead of the trash? Like if you look at LA, all the immigrants there are Mexican trash. Violent crimes and illegitimate births are through the roof because we're letting the wrong ones in. This tolerance of gang culture and unstable families has got to stop. If we let the nice ones in, it could enrich our country, but if we let the bad ones in, then we're putting our country in serious jeopardy.
