Who should be casted as Batman in The Dark Knight Rises?

You'd think the obvious answer is Christian Bale. He did great in Batman Begins....but a lot of people tend to forget that movie exists. His character was overshadowed by Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. The raspiness in his voice was annoying, but I think they were going for that and it was enhanced by the sound. Do you think thaey should still cast him and just ease up on the raspy voice, or consider someone else? (Batman actually had a raspy voice in the comics. lol)
