Should I start Carson Palmer against the Ravens this week?

Id stay with Palmer, the Ravens arent what they used to be, they are only 23rd in the league in p defense. If you are really looking to pick someone up, go with Helbeck, he is looking good coming off his injury and is playing at home vs Jax, who just happens to be tied for the worst ping defense in the league.
