Should I Move In with my friend?

I am 15 and I am tired of my stepmom constantly yelling at my family. My dad loves her but she says if we don't grow up she'll kick our entire family out of her house (she gets upset every time I make a little mistake) If I move out my dAd won't have to.Im so sick of my stepmom throwing my things yelling and slapping me. Please tell me if this is just me being immature or if it is a valid reason to move out!
