Pregnant & drive zero?

I am two months pregnant, and I have no drive anymore. Is it just hormonal thing? If so what to do for it and when does it change? My body does not produce any natural lubricant anymore, so its painful too. Situation is killing our marriage. Anyone with experience? What would you do?
