Issue with Bowel movements?

Hiya, first of all for so many years now i have been pooping once a month sometime once every 2 months, but its become worse now as i have been put on laxatives to help me, but then awhile later my poop became runny and i ended up going almost 8 times a day but i was giving a tablet to stop that, anyway my stomach twinges on the left hand side now last a couple of seconds and am getting quite sore in the stomach also have noticed when i eventually do poop my stomach hurts almost as if it's coming out aswell its just scaring me to be honest i am 23 i have a dr's appointment today for this but i cannot sleep due to worrying.
