Is this normal? docs help!?

after my first period i noticed a piece of really flabbly wrinkly skin fromed. and as the months went on it just got bigger and started to discolor to like a grey. now like a year later its like really big and dark and really shrivled looking and then i found like the inside of my was like a nob like and inch in from the opening and there is like this whiteish yellowish slime that comes out is that supposed to be like that? and i dont know if its normal or not and i dont want to tell my mom or my sisters or dad i just turned 14 what should i do ????
