Is anyone besides me, tired of Geico commercials?

Maybe I just don't get it when they say even a caveman can do it. Seems I just don't link that together in my head. One scene the caveman is at a physchiatrist' office and his mother calls on cell phone, and he says " I'll put it on speaker" I just would like someone to explain this a little. Thank You.
