Is a 15 year old girl too old to ? My husband says no but...?

15, in my opinion, is too old to . It is a humiliating experience at that age. I even more strongly feel that a father should not his 15 year old daughter with his bare hand...( is an intimate experience) There is just too much that sits wrong with that!
