Im planning to have a kiddie party for my 1 year old baby boy pls help me having a theme & other needs?

pls help me, I need a party theme appropriate for a 1yr old... any suggestions for the games and food to be served for the children and menu for the grown ups. the party will be done during snack time at around 3-5pm.
