How do you feel about the Govt of India's decision to give free LPG stoves to the poor?

The cost of kerosene is also increasing and the ration supplies are not enough. But the gas stoves are least suited to the huts where most poor live sir. There is no separate kitchen nor a bench to keep the stoves higher than ground level. The babies and adults are crowding in a single or couple of cramped space. The idea of giving stoves and cylinders makes funny reading. As you said they may not afford the cost of refills also.
