Good ideas for fundraising events with no need of capital?

Hi guys i am a student ,and i have to create a activity for my fundraiser and due to that my university will not give me and my colleagues a capital to start from we have to do a fundraiser . since me and my buddies don't even have enough money and plus we have to pay our rent so ,got any ideas to do a no capital fundraiser activity ?
