Does anyone know why do i do thiss?

whenever i'm getting a hair cut if the stylist like is trimming the hair near the back of my neck or like touches my neck or something i get a shiver sort of on the side of my middle back. also if someone like startles me from behind. idk why, is this normal? i think im just really sensitive or something
