Create your own MMORPG profession?

I am looking for a MMORPG that I can create my own profession. Specifically I would like to be a Counselor or Life Coach in this Virtual world. Also I would like to be in a current day environment, not Medieval or futuristic. Maybe have a store front with a sign out front letting people know of my services. I am new to MMORPG so I want to make sure I choose the right game before I submerge myself into it. What social or non combat MMORPG games would fit this bill? Thanks in advance!
